Por desgracia, es la experiencia de la mayoría de personas. Pero lo que es todavía peor es el hecho de que tantas personas acaben la escuela pensando que no valen para aprender idiomas. Y eso casi nunca es cierto. Cualquiera puede aprender un idioma. Estamos programados desde que nacemos para aprender un idioma. De hecho, es nuestro instinto más fuerte y un talento que todos compartimos, si sólo lo aprovechamos. Son muchas las personas que reclaman que no se doble tanto en la televisión aunque claro, nadie va a aprender inglés sólo por ver la tele. Pero sí ayudaría a perder un poco el miedo que tenemos todos a la hora de hablar inglés. Y el idioma no nos resultaría tan ajeno si lo escucháramos más a menudo. En este sentido, ver más tele en versión original sí ayudaría mucho. Esperemos que esta tendencia se extienda.
